Is this normal....my s23 ultra don't protrude that much

My s23u has overheating, battery draining quicker than usual from the past week and WiFi issues planning to send in for servicing. Wondering if the images(cropped) shown below is normal for s23u (noise in dark areas and pixilated in normal daylight) ...

From Feb when just bought normal browsing still ok would only get very hot when gaming only now recently after Oct update would get as hot even when I'm not gaming and battery drain even faster 臘 

When take selfie video at handheld it's bright and normal but when place down the phone move 2 3m then video immediately turns dark
