Sabtu ini menghadiri acara 40th Anniversary of AIESEC Indonesia, sbg perwakilan Board of Advisor dan Alumni. 32th yg lalu saya mulai belajar practical experience sambil berkuliah dgn menjadi anggota AIESEC. Kala itu, belum banyak organisasi kemahasiswaan yg menggunakan bahasa Inggris dlm kegiatan2nya ... menjadi anggota AIESEC adalah pilihan yg tepat utk mengasah kemampuan tsb. Di AIESEC juga kami belajar Leadership, Project Management, real-life business situation, dan berbagai hal lainnya. In short, kami dilatih utk siap menghadapi dunia nyata pada saat kami lulus nanti .. tidak terpaku pada text book selama kuliah. Pengalaman tsb sangat membantu saya di masa2 awal dalam berkarir. Tantangan generasi sekarang tentunya berbeda dgn generasi terdahulu. Tapi yakinlah, sbg AIESEC-ers kalian akan siap menghadapi hal tsb ... People say, once an AIESEC-ers, always an AIESEC-ers ...
