About Us:

If the cement industry were a country, it would rank as the third-largest emitter of greenhouse gases, accounting for 8% of global emissions, following China and the USA. The cement production process releases substantial CO₂ from limestone, highlighting the urgent need for solutions to harness and utilize these vast quantities of CO₂. This is where Co-reactive steps in – a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University. We're developing an innovative process for CO₂ mineralization, binding CO₂ as a rock solid. This groundbreaking technology converts CO₂ into solid carbonate that can be used as a sustainable resource. By incorporating our product into cement production, we not only dramatically reduce the carbon footprint but also enhance the properties of the cement product. Having secured our initial funding successfully, we are now ready to transform the cement industry.

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated Founder's Associate to join us in shaping the path towards market entry. In this key role, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of our business strategy. Your ideas and work will significantly contribute to making our vision of a more sustainable future a reality.

Your profile

• Passion for sustainability and environmental issues – you're committed to driving real change.
• A completed university degree with commercial or technical background (B.Sc.)
• Proven track record of delivering projects in time.
• Know-how in the heavy industries is beneficial.
• You consistently demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills both in German and English.
