Business Controller

HYBRID positions in BERLIN / HAMBURG / LEIPZIG

Role Description:

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecasts to aid management in decision-making.
• Assist with integrating new investments into the existing ERP structure and act as a business partner for current partner companies.
• Optimise interfaces within Group Accounting, Investments, and Group Controlling.
• Promote financial reporting on key future and sustainability issues.
• Develop and implement financial planning and control systems.
• Consolidate individual sub-plans at cost centre, company, or segment levels.
• Independently manage special projects for management and the CFO.

Role Requirements:

• Business proficient German both written and verbal
• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
• Experience in finance and accounting within a medium-sized company with holding and investment structures, or comparable experience in an auditing firm.
• Knowledge in financial statement preparation and consolidation.
• Familiarity with BI SQL tools; experience with LucaNet is an advantage.
