By supporting both JANUS and SWiG interoperability standards, we are committed to providing future-proof solutions. Multiple members of team EvoLogics are proud graduates of the same alma-mater - the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” - commonly known as simply the KPI. The largest technical university of Ukraine, the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is one of biggest educational establishments in Europe and trains thousands of students since 1898. EvoLogics takes pride in supporting the second All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers on Artificial Intelligence 2024, with its final being hosted by the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute this summer. Research and innovation are the driving forces behind the future of techonology, and we are happy to contribute to the competition that inspires the next generation of young professionals. Last week, Saxony-Anhalt’s interior minister Dr. Tamara Zieschang toured the upcoming DRK Water Rescue training center at the german Hufeisen Lake in Halle, joined by officials from various organizations and the center’s industry partners. In constriction till 2025, this center aims to revolutionize water rescue training with cutting-edge technology. EvoLogics is proud to have been invited to demonstrate our Sonobot 5 with object recognition during Dr. Zieschang’s visit. The DRK Water Rescue team utilized our Sonobot 5 to locate and retrieve a human-like mannequin the bottom of the Hufeisensee lake. This successful deployment showcased the effectiveness of EvoLogics' underwater robotic solutions in large-scale water surface scanning and rescue missions. Through ongoing partnerships and ongoing work on innovative technologies, EvoLogics is dedicated to enhancing water safety measures and saving lives in collaboration with organizations like DRK Water Rescue Halle. We are very excited to officially launch our new acoustic Diver Navigation system and present the fantastic video of our divers in action 🤿 🤳 🏊♂️💫 The innovative system allows divers to exchange messages and track positions much like texting on a smartphone: it provides two-way communication among divers and the surface support team, and enables map-based navigation with pre-mission and real-time waypoint setup. The lightweight battery-powered diver tracker is compatible with a wide range of diving gear. The diver console, a compact wrist tablet, provides access to our SiNAPS positioning software interface for tracking and communication. With the new system, we aim to streamline complex underwater tasks such as search and rescue, salvage, and cleanup operations, improving task management, information sharing and the effectiveness of multiple operations under the surface.
