📽 Yesterday, I had the pleasure of doing some filming with the Change Management Institute. I'll admit this was outside of my comfort zone as I've spent a large portion of my career working behind the camera but it's always good to challenge yourself and try new things. I've a few reflections after my experience yesterday that I wanted to share - 💡 Change Management (and Change Managers), are evolving. 💡 Nerves are simply excitement or joy, especially when it matters to you. 💡 Outsourcing and collaboration are both vital tools to success. 💡 Smile. Always remember to enjoy the wins, the growth (challenges) and journey along the way. Thanks to Lydia Harris, CCMP™, ACM Master, Laurna A. & Ella Zhang for making the experience fun and memorable.
