I found the women's boot camp kickboxing class on Mindbody and decided to try it while visiting from out of town. I had the most amazing class! I take a regular cardio kickboxing class at home but this was so much better! Excellent instructor and such a great workout!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in and met Rob to meeting the instructor and other ladies in the class. MiKiDo would be my regular kickboxing spot if I lived closer.

If you've ever been curious about kickboxing, you must give MiKiDo a try!

Excellent mixed martial arts training. Great for kids and adults. They teach ground fighting, martial arts, and weapons training. Highly recommend!

This is the best martial arts (mma) gym I was lucky enough to stumble upon! The staff and owner are super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable and create an environment that fits all levels and backgrounds. I was brand new but quickly given attention and training that led to me stay here and train on a consistent basis.

I was charged monthly even though Master Brent expressly told me he could honor my request of charging my card only one time for the equivalent of one month as I wanted my son to try this place out while my daughter did ballet next door this past spring (her session was up in a month so I knew I wasn't coming back after that). I just realized they have me on auto-charge for $80/month so I emailed and called about a week ago or so. Crickets. I even called again that evening and got Master Brent on the phone. He took my name/number down and said he would call back as he was in the middle of a class but I have yet to hear from him.

Also, I was not impressed that in their little kids class (the youngest allowed is three years old I think), Master Brent didn't allow kids to get any water during class for an entire hour! I was very surprised and had never seen that... and I take my kids to a bunch of activities. Master Brent was a little rough around the edges with the kids sometimes, too, IMHO.

I joined MiKiDo in 2012 and it was the best decision i've ever made. I look forward to coming in everday, I dont know many people that can say that about their gyms.

Whether its mastering your craft with kicks, boxing, and jiu-jitsu submission or breaking a sweat with intense cardio to achieve that weight loss goal. Its like having a one-on-one training session, the instructors will push you and motivate you to not give in to the burn that comes with the workouts and we all know that the burn is necessary for results. Don't worry about being the one that looks like your struggling with the workout, others around you will have their fair share of the burn.

This gym has changed my life. The members aren't just people that push you beyond your limits, they become family, too. A judge-free zone.

Especially good for new martial artists looking to learn. I remember when I couldn't even stand on one foot without tipping over, they were patient and supportive. Today, I am able to throw kicks swiftly and powerfully.

We all start somewhere, this is the place you want to start in, trust me.

A-1 training!! Master Brent Hess is a former Bellator cage fighter. The only way to describe Mikido is all out training at its finest! This is survival training and it's nothing less than that. If you want to learn self defense or even get in shape, do it the MiKiDo way! You will not be disappointed

Mikido has really helped me as an individual and is unlike anywhere else I have trained. I really like the trainers and all the different types of classes they offer. And it's nice being trained by actual professional MMA fighters like Brent and Umaer. Another great part about this place is how clean they keep it and how safe I feel when I'm there. It's like I'm part of a family over there. Highly recommended!!

Are your workouts starting to become boring and predictable? Want to try something fun, different and results oriented? If so, you MUST try the NEW Cage Fitness Class at MiKiDo. It does not disappoint.

Being new to MiKiDo and this gym, I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know the names of the moves, yet Master Brent made sure to call out information that allowed me to follow along. In my first class, I was lifting a heavy bag, punching the bag, doing push ups, jumping over the bag and more. It was constant movement! I always felt that I could go at my own pace. Everyone was very supportive before, during and after the workout. I never felt lost and the workout ---- WOW! Prepare to sweat! There's no shame in working hard, especially if you want results!
