Cannot believe I can look at a product online with over a thousand or 2k reviews but this station only has 235 right now on here? This is hard to believe, as I have enjoyed around 7 of the stations regularly, and as a DJ- I have told probably 150+ people about the quality and variety ... THANK YOU Rusty and team for 15+ years of spiritual and emotional support that amazing and non-toxic music (without a bunch of corporate shills selling me stuff every 7 minutes) has offered my existence. I have found so many artists I would otherwise never have heard thanks to you folks. Gratitude is flowing... I LOVE YOU GUYS FOR REAL!! Gonna do it... For curious noobs, my favs are: Secret Agent Radio, Drone Zone, Groove Salad, 7" Soul, although I do listen to others those are my classic staples. At Christmas time, they have several holiday themed channels and are the only thing worth listening to, really... even if you dont typically like xmas music the soul and dept store xmas stations make it do-able

The king of Internet Radio, they have an awesome curated selection like no where else online; a hip genre for most everyone. So it's unique for sure, but way more importantly, it is commercial & subscription free, as this guy cannot stand commercials on anything (thank you uBlock Origin ;-). I've been a long time listener since the mid-2000s. Groove Salad is my go-to station while at work and for chill music at home. I donate when I can, and I encourage regular listeners to do the same if possible. They are truly independent, and there's a lot of terrific talent programming these stations. I love SomaFM. Please donate to this great music streaming site or grab some of their merch maybe -- I don't even know how they stay in business. They're indispensible and so far haven't limited their stations like some streamers I could name (but won't).

A week never goes by without time spent listening to any of the number of great streams coming out of soma fm. It seems to me that they pretty much invented internet radio. They'd deny it.

They depend on listener financial support and they deserve it. Chip in a bit.

I remember finding the Drone Zone in the early 2000's and have been a fan ever since. Groove Salad, Deep Space One and Space Station Soma also daytime office go-tos.

Been listenting to SomaFM for....15 years or more. Now in my car and at the office also. Nothing like it anywhere. Go play! And donate while you're at it. It's so worth it!
