Eco Space 2015 Internship Details
Dear Participant,
Congratulations   ……You are now officially an intern within the internship offered by Eco Coworking Space in the
fields of the Business Development and Project Management.
Through this internship, you will:
1)- Take a training of 24 hours distributed over 1.5 months in different areas of the selected major.
2)- Have the chance to apply what you learned by being assigned to definite tasks & real initiatives from day 1.
3)- Have the chance to meet experts in these fields and receive guidance and mentorship to be able to link what
you learned with the practical life.
4)- Be awarded a certificate of experience as a record of your achievements by the end of the Internship.
Governance of the internship:
5)- The total number of Hours of this internship is: 100 Hours, and it is divided as listed below:-
a. 24 Hours in attending the training sessions. Please refer to Page No.03 from this document
b. 08 Hours are on-job training ( Maximum 2 hours per week)
c. 48 Hours shall be spent working at Eco Space Premises (Maximum 12 hours per Week, 3 hours per
day)
d. 12 Hours shall be spent working with the group (3 hours per Week)
e. 08 Hours in attending the general meetings at Eco Space Premises (Maximum 2 hours per Week)
6)- The Participant has to attend at least 80% of the total time to be eligible to have certificate of completion
7)- There will be a weekly evaluation for the overall performance. Those who will obtain rate below than 65%
for 2 consecutive evaluations will be eliminated from the internship.
8)- Each team will have to present its project in its final shape at the project trade that will be held on Friday
09th
October 2015.
9)- All the communications shall be documented through the Emails only; no coordination will be done verbally
from the team to Eco Space or vice versa. “Facebook messenger cannot be used for reporting or
coordinating with Eco Space team”

Kindly read these important rules and by accepting to complete the internship, you are accepting to follow these
rules as well till the end of the internship period “Friday 09th
October 2015”:-
1- The times might be slightly changed with a probability of 20% and as per needed to fit any unexpected issue
2- It will be mandatory to apply all what you have learned through finishing real tasks along with your team.
3- You will be kindly requested to respect the internal rules of the place such as:-
a. The smoking is not allowed at any place inside Eco Space
b. Kindly deal with any items, furniture, tools with care to not cause any damage
c. You are kindly requested to keep quite whenever you are in the shared space area to enable the
other visitors to work in a suitable environment. Speak in low voice even if it is a business
conversation.
4- You have read carefully the Governance of the internship and you confirm that you understand them very
well and accept them as they are mandatory conditions to be within the internship.
5- You confirm that you are fully committed with the below detailed schedule, you will be available and will
attend on time.
6- You confirm that you will attend the general meetings of the teams as per the announced dates and time for
each team(s).

Important Note:-
1- The above time table didn’t show the teams meetings or the general meetings, these meetings will be
agreed as we go and in compliance with what was mentioned within the Governance of the internship
section.
2- We do urge you to not skip any session from the above mentioned ones, as the course is designed to give
you accumulative knowledge in sequential way, however, if you really need to, you are not allowed to skip
more than 2 sessions during the whole internship.

Governance of the internship: 5)- The total number of Hours of this internship is: 100 Hours, and it is divided as listed below:- a. 24 Hours in attending the training sessions. Please refer to Page No.03 from this document b. 08 Hours are on-job training ( Maximum 2 hours per week) c. 48 Hours shall be spent working at Eco Space Premises (Maximum 12 hours per Week, 3 hours per day) d. 12 Hours shall be spent working with the group (3 hours per Week) e. 08 Hours in attending the general meetings at Eco Space Premises (Maximum 2 hours per Week) 6)- The Participant has to attend at least 80% of the total time to be eligible to have certificate of completion 7)- There will be a weekly evaluation for the overall performance. Those who will obtain rate below than 65% for 2 consecutive evaluations will be eliminated from the internship. 8)- Each team will have to present its project in its final shape at the project trade that will be held on Friday 09th October 2015. 9)- All the communications shall be documented through the Emails only; no coordination will be done verbally from the team to Eco Space or vice versa. “Facebook messenger cannot be used for reporting or coordinating with Eco Space team” The Covered Topics within the training sessions: The Topics that will be covered within the field of the Business Development are:- What is the Business model canvas?
