RTDS Technologies has been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2022! The competition recognizes the small and medium private-sector organizations that offer the nation’s best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. They are evaluated on a variety of criteria such as the physical workspace; work atmosphere; health, financial & family benefits to name a few.

Some of our notable initiatives which lead to this award are:

• RTDS Technologies supports employees with maternity and parental leave top-up for mothers, fathers and adoptive parents (to 100 per cent of salary for 26 weeks)
• RTDS Technologies encourages employees to get involved with the community by inviting input on the selection of charities to support (with a focus on youth, health and education) and matching employee donations
• RTDS Technologies undertook a major expansion of its head office in the University of Manitoba’s research and technology hub, Smartpark. The design was focused on helping employees do their best work: the space has abundant natural light, employee lounges, flexible meeting spaces for collaboration, and closed-in cubicles for independent work
