The Toxics Steering Group (TSG) uses critical thinking to problem solve, collaborate, provide scientific expertise, and exchange information. Members include toxicologists from EGLE, DHHS, and MDARD.

Michigan's state agency toxicologists collaborate to advise on issues related to human exposure to toxics in the environment.

Engage with the TSG

  • To develop scientifically-sound, risk assessment recommendations for state department managers.
  • To ensure consistency as well as minimize duplication of efforts across state agencies related to toxics.
