At face value this look amazing. Can someone tell me how this SAP capability is different to what the market already has? I can see the value/benefits right away, but to my knowledge this capability is already in use, mature and widespread. I suspect it may be my ignorance of the mechanics or minutiae. I am also thinking about the loss of the human side. Resourcing experts, your view? Christelle Auger, Kimberley Britt, Jonathan Whipple, Jon Brewer, Jon McCahon for the win. 💪
Very interesting as someone involved in SAP talent for 35 years! The AI Agents I build perform very specific recruitment tasks. E.g Identify every SAP site that has moved to S/4HANA and other indicators of opportunity such as workload automation tools like RunMyJob etc. After finding every company, I ask my AI Agent to find every person with this skill set, and to contact them about “Relevant” opportunities only, and being an AI, 🤖, it can understand relevancy. Or I might ask my AI Agent to find every company that has just hired a Programme Director to begin the work of any technology I instruct it to find. I can give my AI Agent the job spec, and with some creative thought, identify and contact every possible candidate. Teaching end user clients how to use AI Agents to perform a large part of the recruitment function, and reduce their need for external recruitment suppliers, while at the same time increasing their EQ time with candidates, is keeping us extremely busy! AI is helping us to efficiently get the right skills to the right projects at the right time.
Really impressive to see how the advancement of the technology and the advances in AI developments and functionality are having on the capabilities and speed of execution for processes. Great to see and for customers to enjoy and benefit from.
Great news! The new AI capabilities in SAP Fieldglass are a real game-changer for workforce management. These enhancements seem to have improved the quality of the capabilities library and reduced the manual customization and mapping effort. Another step forward in quickly responding to dynamic changes during transformations. Workforce agility enables business agility.
Automate & empower recruiters to focus on human connection. People first 💪🏻
Infusing processes with AI.

It’s incredibly impressive to witness how SAP is translating AI concepts into practical cases, Dr. Philipp Herzig! And this is just the beginning.. ✨🚀
