It can be time-consuming to find the right information in a broad range of documents, such as HR or travel policies. With the new document grounding in SAP SuccessFactors and #Joule we are making the knowledge of an organization’s unstructured data – whether they are in SAP or other solutions that everyone uses in their daily work, such as Microsoft SharePoint - more accessible and delightful to use than ever before. Now generally available in SAP SuccessFactors, employees can ask #Joule questions in natural language about their organization’s HR policy, FAQ, help documents and more. #Joule also provides an easy, conversational way to ask questions and complete HR processes related to an employee’s personal HR and talent data in the system. With answers based on both structured and unstructured business data, #Joule brings together two separate worlds to deliver business insights that have not been possible before. I’m incredibly proud of this release that is bringing retrieval augmented generation capabilities to life in one of our leading cloud solutions, based on our latest technologies including #SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine. Who remembers SAP KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ("KM"). . .part of Enterprise Portal https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_em92/9.2/de-DE/4a/5c004250995a6ae10000000a42189b/content.htm I was a "Knowledge Admin" for KM in a previous job role. . .back in the day. . .our mission was to upload/post the knowledge articles and "structure the data" in a knowledge tree. now we have #Joule doing this, and with less reliance on the data needing to be "structured"

This showcases a perfect example of technology handshake with management practices to make life easier for employees, simplify their jobs and let them focus on completing jobs for the customer rather than the jobs for organisation. This also reduces the employee burden of looking for information which currently consumes almost 20% of time at work. Great work, SAP!!
I had the chance to test #Joule in the past weeks. I just love it, it is amazing how good and to the point the response is, I could only encourage everyone to test it out!
Indeed, SuccessFactors waving the SAP flag higher. Would help immensely the international transfers/New hires in their initial days. Onboarding experience is very critical for employees and employers.
