📖 Our #TraintheTrainer 2024 is in the books – and what a week we had! Colleagues from all over the world came to Fürth to get updates on the latest functions and products of the iba system. 🥳 Of course, the schedule was packed after the working sessions and presentations as well and so we enjoyed a great time with joint dinners, barbecues and at laser tag! 👏🏼 We had a productive week with lots of good ideas and valuable discussions. Many thanks to all who contributed to the great success.

As a medium-sized company based in #Fürth, we at iba AG are delighted to be able to contribute our experience and expertise to  #researchprojects like this one. 🔬  The #VirtAFlex project aims to develop solutions for suitable virtual work processes and working environments, especially in engineering, to create more flexibility and inclusion.   Last week, our CEO Ulrich Lettau and our HR Manager Julia Hilbinger attended the project's kick-off event. We are looking forward to further cooperation!

📣 This week, we had the pleasure of taking part in the VDI Young Engineers' event “Just Ask the Engineer”. 🔎 #Engineers from various fields - including our CEO Ulrich Lettau - gave insights into their education, careers and everyday working life. 💡 Detect changes in processes and machines more quickly: With new functions, the #dataacquisition software #ibaPDA does not only enable more efficient long-term analyses, but also connects easier to IT systems thanks to the implemented HTTP(S) interface. 💡 To provide an #automotive engine plant with acoustic analysis, a retrofitting was on the agenda for an automobile manufacturer. Mit unserem Vortrag "Vom Bierdeckel zum Patent" durften wir interessierten Studentinnen und Studenten letzte Woche alles über unseren Entwicklungsprozess und unser Unternehmen erzählen - und auch im kommenden Monat gibt es wieder die Möglichkeit, uns kennenzulernen: 📅Am Donnerstag, den 23.05., sind wir auf der 25. bonding-studierendeninitiative e. V. Firmenkontaktmesse Erlangen-Nürnberg in der Heinrich-Lades-Halle in Erlangen. 💡Erfahrt bei uns ganz unkompliziert alles über die #iba AG, unsere Einstiegsmöglichkeiten und die unterschiedlichen Berufsbilder bei uns im Unternehmen. In Germany, 27% of all employees have a migration background - and without them, a large and fundamental part of our economy and society would be missing.
