I had a great time talking with Marcus Johnson and Dan Van Dyke about GPT-4o and AI use at work on today's EMARKETER podcast. A few takeaways: 🤖 AI use at work goes beyond ChatGPT, as most of the tools people use are getting enhanced with AI capabilities. 👟 Overall, GPT-4o is faster, and better, which could create real efficiency since the outputs don't require as much refining as earlier models. 💡 Stories about AI in board rooms seem logical to us, since the promise of a real-time agent that's trained on your data and company values, and primed to spot ethical issues, could support decisioning. But that could also benefit any leadership or strategy role in an organization. 🤣 And none of us see AI replacing CEOs, though they might get through their emails faster like the rest of us!
