Last week, I had the honor of accepting the Council of Urban Professionals’ (CUP) Corporate Innovation Award on behalf of Citi. As a longstanding member and former board member for nearly a decade, was a full circle moment for me. At Citi, we recognize that diversity brings a richness of perspectives, experiences and ideas that fuel our ability to solve complex problems, serve our clients better and stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
