It’s always an honor to moderate conversations and learn from great leaders! Genuine thanks to S&P for their partnership on this event.
As Co-Head of Citi’s Asian Heritage Network, I was honored to join Russell Chong along with Martina Cheung and Swamy Kocherlakota from S&P Global for a panel discussion on Leading in a Dynamic Global Landscape. We spoke about the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging among high-performing teams and shared how our individual career journeys shaped the leaders we are today. Key insights from our discussion included: 1. Seeing is believing: representation matters 2. Be your own cheerleader: advocate for yourself and ensure your voice is heard 3. Diversity drives performance and innovation: unique perspectives spark new ways of thinking and success Thank you to Erika Irish Brown (she/her) for moderating an important discussion and for your leadership! #diversity #equity #inclusion #asianheritage #leadership #culture

Citi’s 19th annual #GlobalCommunityDay may have come to an end, but this spirit of giving back will carry on throughout the rest of the year. Last week, I had the opportunity to gift wrap books that will be distributed to New York City youth through our friends at the NYC Administration for Children's Services. Thank you to my fellow #CitiVolunteers and all the colleagues who embrace this special tradition of making a positive difference in our communities every year.

Last week, I had the honor of accepting the Council of Urban Professionals’ (CUP) Corporate Innovation Award on behalf of Citi. As a longstanding member and former board member for nearly a decade, was a full circle moment for me. At Citi, we recognize that diversity brings a richness of perspectives, experiences and ideas that fuel our ability to solve complex problems, serve our clients better and stay ahead in a rapidly changing world. A huge thanks to my Citi colleagues for the outsized support that evening and to CUP for the honor on behalf of the Firm!

Genuine thanks to Paul Burroughs for leading this important conversation.
Citi hosted the Recognizing Juneteenth: Healthy Conversations Panel where we discussed the value in building professional relationships that can help you find your voice in the workplace. Personally, in my role I have learned the importance of treating each person individually, taking the time to understand the biases they might be facing and creating an environment where people can feel comfortable discussing internal struggles. Thank you to Citi’s Live Well and HealHaus for putting on this great event.

So proud of our enhanced parental leave and paid caregiver leave that we announced today for colleagues in the US!
We are committed to providing all colleagues time to focus on family at the most important moments. That’s why we’re proud to announce we are increasing our paid parental leave to 16 weeks for all U.S. employees, ensuring our colleagues have more time to bond with a child no matter their path to parenthood. We’re also introducing paid caregiver leave to provide colleagues time to care for an immediate family member. https://on.citi/4aNPWBH
