You can view and edit your ad account’s conversions from your Conversion tracking page in Campaign Manager.
To edit your conversions in Campaign Manager:

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Analyze on the left menu, then click Conversion tracking. -
Confirm that Conversions is selected at the top.

Sort your conversions by clicking the arrow icons to the right of the column headings, or filter conversions using name, status, data source, or type.

To edit your conversion, click the conversion name.

Follow the on-screen instructions to edit the settings, source, and campaigns. After you've made your changes, click Update.
