Conversion statuses in Campaign Manager

Check the status of your conversions to better understand the signals received from your website. 

To find your conversion status: 

  1. Sign in to Campaign Manager. 

  2. If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown. 

  3. Click  Analyze  on the left menu, then select Conversion tracking.

  4. You’ll see one of the following in the Status column: 

    Status Last signal received
    Active (green) In the last three days
    No recent activity (gray) Between four and seven days
    Inactive (red) More than seven days
    Unverified (red)

    For Insight Tag: No activity detected from your website

    For Conversions API: Waiting on data from your integration

    Active: Low Match Rate For Conversions API only: The information streamed to LinkedIn has a low likelihood of successful event-to-profile matching. Learn more about Conversions API signal quality.

Here's a tip

For Insight Tag conversions - If you see Unverified as your status, try visiting your website to trigger the Insight Tag. The Insight Tag will send a signal when someone visits a page on your website that has the tag properly implemented.
