Recently, our team had the privilege of working with the American Battle Monuments Commission to commemorate the 80th anniversary of #DDay. This week Pinkston hosted a media training for a dozen leaders with a global manufacturing company. We focused on crisis press conferences - the importance of sharing information with the public, while not speculating or divulging sensitive details. A common refrain post mock interviews: "That was stressful. I had a plan going in, but it's easy to get pulled off course." That's exactly why we prepare.
