Evan Killham is a Lifewire editor who manages all of our new content.

who has been appearing all over the internet since 2009. He's just as comfortable analyzing a book or film as he is helping someone swap out a hard drive or pin down an elusive feature on their Apple Watch. 

An avid movie and TV streamer, his work has appeared on various tech- and pop culture-centric websites, including VentureBeat, Cult of Mac, and ScreenRant. In addition to demystifying new devices and functions, he's covered news, reviewed gadgets, and performed consulting work for Novy Unlimited, a PR firm representing independent video game developers.

Evan has been an Apple user since the original iMac G3 came out (his was blue), making him well-qualified to write for Apple-centric sites covering Apple Watch (and other Apple products) news and updates. When he isn't writing, he's learning new skills like audio engineering, 3D modeling, and woodworking.

My Gear

I have both a MacBook Pro and an HP laptop running Windows 10. I use an iPhone 12 Pro, an iPad Air, and Apple Watch Series 6. I also have an Apple TV 4K, an Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and about a dozen older consoles and handhelds. Other tech I have lying around the house includes Phillips Hue smart bulbs, a Monoprice Maker Select v2 3D printer, a Creality CR-10s Pro 3D printer, and a PSVR headset.

Education

Evan earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Film Studies in 2003 from the University of Nebraska.
