Aliasing grep in find's -exec option

I have these aliases in my ~/.bashrc alias grep='grep --color=auto -H' alias fgrep='fgrep --color=auto -H' alias egrep='egrep --color=auto -H' but they have no effect when I run find ... -exec grep .....
