why work at innocent?
Everyone likes to think they’re special and one-of-a-kind, but we really believe that innocent isn’t like anywhere else. Coming to work at Fruit Towers not only means joining a wildly ambitious and entrepreneurial team working towards realising our dream of becoming the world’s favourite healthy drinks company, it also means building your career in an environment that won’t give you the Sunday night blues. And enjoying shedloads of free drinks. Obviously.
Fruit Towers: the filmdoing good
At innocent, we want to leave things better than we find them. We know it sounds a bit airy-fairy, but we strive to do business in a more enlightened way. We want to take full responsibility for the impact of our business on society and the environment, and try to move our impacts from negative to neutral or (better still) positive. We give 10% of our profits to charity each year. Most of that money goes to the innocent foundation, who help hungry people all around the world.
Our quest to become a truly sustainable business The projects the innocent foundation fundsa place to grow your career
We believe careers work best when people drive their own development, which is why we’ve got bags of stuff on offer to help you get there. We provide top class in-house training, stretching roles where you learn every day and managers who provide coaching and guidance, with the option of taking it a step further with our innocent mentoring scheme. Sound good? We’d love to hear from you.
