🎉 We are thrilled to welcome Sabah Hamid to the Candy Kittens team as our new Operations Exec! 🎉 Starting in July 2024, Sabah joins us in the second year of our highly successful placement programme, which we proudly consider the best FMCG placement programme out there! Sabah comes to us from Warwick University, where she recently completed her degree in Politics & International Studies. She brings valuable experience from her time with Red Bull and Coca Cola, demonstrating her strong background in the FMCG sector. 🍬 In her role, Sabah will play a crucial part in ensuring our retailer orders get out the door efficiently while continuously pushing the boundaries to make our supply chain as streamlined as possible. Welcome aboard, Sabah! We're excited to have you on the team 🚀✨

A sad but sweet farewell to the wonderful Katie Hastilow 🍬 Katie joined us July 2023 as our first placement student in the role of Operations Exec. We’re incredibly sad to see her go, as she has become a huge part of the Candy Kittens team. From modeling in marketing shoots to assisting the sales team in rounding up orders, her contributions have been invaluable. She played a significant role in ensuring over 98% of our orders reached retailers on time. Her dedication included trips to suppliers and even a trip to Germany to understand how our sweets are made. She developed strong relationships with retailers, addressing order queries, and helping launch our new products, Wanderlust and Wild & Free. She also helped us set up on a new wholesale platform, Faire, and became an advocate of AI, launching a tool to speed up order processing. Katie has gone completely above and beyond during her time here. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. You will be greatly missed! 😿 😸
