I went searching for release notes for this update all over via Google and Samsung has post nothing about just the firmware release number that I posted above!

Unfortunately i suspect they are adding support so that any phone is alerted that a tag is nearby. I have my tag on my motorcycle and bike, so if everyone is alerted so is a thief.. 😕

That might actually deter the theft then. If hidden well enough, the thief won't go ahead with stealing the vehicle since it's not something like a GPS that can be disabled

I have 4 of them, 3 got updated successfully, the last one for some reason is not updating, keeps reinstalling the update. Any idea?!

Try resetting the device and try again! Just Google how to do it!
