I recently was told because I'm in Canada, I can not download my privacy data. Apparently only those in the United States can do that. Can someone please confirm or deny this for me please?

Unable to. Even tried using a USA VPN. No such luck.

Can you provide more details on yourself?
Is your Samsung account registered with Samsung USA?
- if so then a VPn changes your IP probably not allowed eoth said IP range.
- if not then are you certai. You're login in using the Samsung site for where your account is registered in related country? Aka CAN:CAN, UK:UK etc.

I tried changing my profile information to USA detail and using a USA VPN with no result.
