We're the luckier ones. Mine was day one pre-order delivered and consistently getting 2 days out of the box. Some were only getting 12 hours apparently
The only thing I can confirm is if you do have the ear tip ripping issue, then reach out to samsung customer service and they'll send you new ones. Don't know about the other issues though
