- Flexible working with Hybrid (3 days of your choice at the office and 2 home based) OR Remote (depending on the specific req and HR organization)
- University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
- Sounded knowledge on German Labor and Social Law
- Experience in working with Work Council
- Fluent German, fluent English
