We are looking for a talented, proactive, and energetic People Business Partner (PBP) for our Düsseldorf location, who’s highly motivated to join our Customer Unit Western Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland) People Team to drive our People Strategy.

This is a temporary role, maternity cover for 12 months.

What you will do:

  • You will report to the Head of People for the Customer Unit Western Europe (CU WE), also based in Düsseldorf
  • You will ensure all HR processes run smoothly and provide state-of-the-art support to the teams
  • You proactively participate in our HR programs such as “Raising the Bar on Talent”, and “Ericsson on the Move” as well as help us become the best employer in the technology industry and workplace of choice
  • You promote and advise our leaders on total compensation, leadership, performance management, well-being, diversity & inclusion issues
  • You will guide and advise our leaders on adhering to our values, goals, and philosophies to create a positive employee experience
  • You actively support our leaders in strategic, cultural, and organizational change processes
  • As a People Business Partner with the potential to grow, you will be involved in special assignments and lead strategic HR projects in Germany and across the Customer Unit Western Europe

The skills you bring:

  • BA in HR Management or related field
  • Relevant work experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner/HR Advisor for 3-5 years
  • Broad understanding of HR best practices, culture, diversity & inclusion programs
  • Knowledge of HR processes in the areas of total rewards, Labor relations, cultural development, organizational change, organizational development, talent, and leadership development
  • Experience with people analytics, statistics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience in project and organizational change
  • Experience working in an international company and matrix organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
