Als Operativer Einkäufer befasst du dich mit der Beschaffung von windparkspezifischen Komponenten, Ersatzteilen, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Werkzeugen.

Aufgaben

• Beschaffung von windparkspezifischen Komponenten, Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen, Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Materialien sonstiger Art unter kosten-, qualitäts- und terminorientierten Gesichtspunkten
• Verantwortlich für den gesamten Beschaffungsvorgang von Angebotseinholung, bis zur Rechnungsprüfung sowie Vertragsverhandlungen, ergänzt um interne Projekte innerhalb der NPE-Gruppe
• Unterstützung von Abteilungen wie Engineering, Zoll, Lager, BoP & WTG Service sowie niederlassungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen in der NPE-Gruppe im Rahmen von internen Projekten
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung eines neuen ERP/CMMS Systems und damit verbunden die Pflege aller einkaufs- und materialwirtschaftsrelevante Stammdaten
• Allgemeine Unterstützung des Lagers bei der Disposition und Monatsabschlüssen, incl. von Zollangelegenheiten
• Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Lagerbestands- und Inventurberichten
• Kontinuierlichen Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Einkaufsprozesse, um die gesamte Supply Chain zu gewährleisten und zu optimieren

Qualifikationen Und Erfahrungen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung; vorzugsweise Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung
• Kenntnisse in gängigen ERP/CMMS Systemen und MS Office
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Gutes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis
• Methodisch und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, aber mit Hands-on Mentalität
• Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft, sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen sowohl in Einzel-als auch in Gruppensituationen
