Tasks
You are the central and first point of contact (m/f/d) for managers on all strategic and operational HR-related topics along the employee lifecycle in the defined area of responsibility
You will analyze and evaluate divisional structures, processes and HR key figures in order to derive recommendations and measures for continuous improvement in coordination with managers
You are responsible for the implementation of ongoing HR processes such as performance & potential review, personnel cost planning, salary review and others
You are responsible for various cross-divisional topics or projects from conception to implementation and optimization in close cooperation with the "Centers of Expertise"
You are responsible for managing the implementation of organizational changes
You put HR guidelines into practice in a determined yet sensitive manner
You work together with the works councils in a trusting and constructive manner
