About Us:

At acemate, we believe that generative AI will fundamentally change the way we learn. Our ed-tech platform turns documents into an interactive learning experience, featuring personalized exams, contextualized chats and knowledge graphs. We support students in exam preparation, assist educators in creating more engaging classes and automate the creation of corporate learning content for businesses. Built by founders with previous experience at BCG, Antler, BMW, SAP and N26, we have secured €150k in non-equity funding through public grants and are aiming to raise a pre-seed round by the end of the year.

Role:

As a Founder’s Associate and first non-technical hire, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and direction of our company. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO, be at the center of strategic decision-making and drive our go-to-market endeavors. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a product from the ground up.

Tasks:

• Work closely with our CEO and shape strategic business opportunities and growth
• Independently plan, steer and execute strategic projects
• Assist in our GTM strategy by analyzing market trends, competitor activities and stay up to date with the changing edtech landscape
• Implement our marketing strategy, including social media management, content creation, and organizing events
• Support the founders in their daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, STEM or any related field
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, investment banking or other relevant work environment preferred
• You’re basically a Swiss army knife, covering a variety of roles
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a “getting things done” mentality
• You’re data-driven, analytical and have strong attention to detail
• Fluent in both German and English preferred
• Registered residence in Berlin (requirement because of the Berlin Startup Stipend)
