HIII EDITORIAL PROJECT – PRIMUS developments GmbH When the team from Primus, which specialises in wood hybrid construction, approached us some time ago with a request: "Would you like to design a magazine instead of a glossy-project-developer-portfolio-catalog?", we replied: "WE WOOD LIKE TO – We wood like to think outside the box and combine impression with impact". Together we worked on a sustainable editorial concept, including new texts, illustrations, images, "forest-scented" pages and the world's first sustainable "WUNDER-BAUM". We equipped Primus for their EXPO REAL visit and in the end created a magazine for their clients and other intrigued trade fair visitors, from the real estate industry and beyond. HIII PARTNER – Introducing TISANT TISANT is a very special project. When we sat down with the founder Kira in Berlin last year, it was instantly clear: we MUST partner up. Being a “one-woman-show" Kira words were “HOCHDREI is the puzzle piece I was missing”. We all felt the match, had one vision and were immediately on it. TISANT is a B2C & B2B focussed German, innovative candle studio, combining exclusive design with traditional craftsmanship. All candles are inspired by nature, hand-pulled and made-up of sustainable ingredients. One candle allows multiple scents through its exchangeable inlays and TISANT’s craftsmanship allows limited series and white-label production.
