It was an evening filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of sporty spirit. 𝗔 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀: 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗷𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 😁 Saturday was a good day with the sun shining brightly and many happy faces at Heijplaat. We had the pleasure of hosting the "Heijpapaplaat" event in collaboration with Havenvereniging Rotterdam, Franklin Offshore and EIC Mainport Rotterdam. Tickets, specially made available for Father's Day, were snapped up by an enthusiastic group of father-child pairs. The event began at Franklin Offshore Europe, where the group enjoyed a guided tour through the Heijplaat area. Following this, we were thrilled to welcome the group to our terminal, Broekman Project Services. Our colleagues gave an insightful tour of our terminal and halls. The enjoyable morning concluded back at Franklin Offshore with another tour and some delightful snacks and drinks. A big thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm. In a high-stakes match that had fans on the edge of their seats, the Indian team scored an impressive 176 runs, setting a new record for a T20 World Cup final. Their remarkable performance showcased their talent and teamwork. This outstanding achievement not only brings glory to the team but also to the entire country. Super trots op de eerste editie van Heijpapaplaat! De tickets voor het allerleukste vaderdagcadeautje werden vandaag verzilverd door een enthousiaste groep ‘vader-kind combinaties’. Jong en oud keek de ogen uit tijdens de rondleiding bij Franklin Offshore Europe B.V. en Broekman Logistics. Met onderweg een leuke wandeltocht door Rotterdam Heijplaat onder leiding van Havengidsen Ammy Driessen en Jaap Quartel. En aansluitend patat met snacks én een springkussen voor de kleintjes. The conference emphasized the crucial role of logistics in the Slovak economy. During the event, Frantisek had the opportunity to participate in panel discussions on the latest technologies and the increasing importance of sustainability in logistics. Op dinsdagavond 11 juni vond de Omgevingsdialoog Maasvlakte-Westelijk Europoort plaats in Oostvoorne. Bewoners, bestuurders en bedrijven gingen ditmaal in gesprek over de toekomst van de haven. Wat staat er allemaal te gebeuren in het gebied in de komende jaren? Mirrijn van Eijk en Martijn Huijskes van Port of Rotterdam namen de ruim 70 aanwezigen mee in de belangrijkste ontwikkelingen en lieten vervolgens een aantal projecten kort de revue passeren. Nadat de vele vragen vanuit de bewoners uitgebreid beantwoord waren, was het tijd voor het interactieve deel. Via een kleine infomarkt konden bewoners meer informatie krijgen over projecten als Porthos, Aramis en CO2next en vertelden Air Products, Gunvor Energy Rotterdam en Broekman Logistics meer over hun bedrijf en verduurzamingsplannen. We kijken terug op een geslaagde bijeenkomst!
