We are looking forward to welcoming Benedikt as our new CEO and to the continued development of CLARK’s success. After almost 10 years of leading CLARK, Christopher Oster hands over CLARK's operations. He will accompany and support CLARK as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. We would like to thank Christopher for all his commitment, efforts and the fact that he has been instrumental in shaping CLARK’s direction from an early stage start-up to an European leading Insurtech. It is with deep sadness that we at CLARK received the unexpected news of our Supervisory Board Chairman Frank Strauß’s passing. Frank was a highly valued leader who dedicated nearly 30 years to Deutsche Bank and Postbank, and since 2022, played a crucial role in our development as an invaluable member of our board.
