It is with deep sadness that we at CLARK received the unexpected news of our Supervisory Board Chairman Frank Strauß’s passing. Frank was a highly valued leader who dedicated nearly 30 years to Deutsche Bank and Postbank, and since 2022, played a crucial role in our development as an invaluable member of our board. This is sad to hear as the Insurance arm has been a strong and steady contributor to the revenue stream of Truist overall. It is a direct result of the mismanagement of the balance sheet by Bill Rogers and the board of directors who have made poor investments with several acquisitions in 2021/2022 that damaged the capitol position. This will help add the needed capital cushion in the short term that regulators want. But, it is absolutely a poor decision caused by poor management. #Truistneedsnewleadership
