Finding the balance between work and personal fitness has been a challenge for me. Joining an elite mastermind group has helped prioritize physical activity, and I've seen real benefits. However, there are times when I struggle to prioritize fitness over work. Recently, I've made a conscious effort to kickstart my fitness journey and have already seen positive results. It's important to manage the mindset that success at work requires sacrificing personal well-being. Even with a torn ACL and meniscus, I make time for swimming, my preferred low-impact exercise. When I’m not working, I like to exercise. But with a busy schedule, it can be a challenge to make it to the gym. That’s why I’ve found the only way I get to ensure I work out daily is to get to the gym before work before my day takes over. It’s not just about staying fit and healthy. Working out is also useful for being productive and generating ideas. So if you’re like me and have a busy schedule, try getting to the gym before work. It’s a great way to start the day. Today is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, and I’m lacing up my shoes to get moving! Working with wellness brands has made me more aware of my own health and fitness habits. I make it a priority to take care of my body and listen to what it needs daily (this sets me up for a productive day ahead!)
