Today we are pleased to announce two further lettings in our Frankfurt office and hotel tower ONE. We warmly welcome ERM and a major international airline. ONE is now almost fully let. But if you are quick 😉, you can still get a nice office in this jewel in the Frankfurt skyline, which was recently awarded the DIAMOND label by the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council. But the ONE not only impresses with its great architecture, but above all with its holistic and sustainable concept. Lease agreements for more than 20,000 m² are currently attracting attention. This is all the more true when the company even expands its rental space. We are all the more pleased to be able to report today that Morgan Stanley has increased its rental agreement in our #Budapest office building complex Millennium Towers by almost 10 % to a total of 20,000 m² of rental space and extended it on a long-term basis. This marks the largest lease extension in the Budapest office market in the last 5 years. One of the most beautiful places in Vienna to relax is the “Grüner Prater” park. Situated in the centre of the city between the Danube Canal and the Danube river, it almost feels a bit like being in the countryside. This also benefits our tenants in our office buildings on Erdberger Lände, which are just a stone's throw away from “Grüner Prater”. We are now welcoming three new tenants who have rented a total of over 7,000 m² of office space. The tenants are a public institution and the companies Badger Meter and Boulder Monkeys. Exciting news from our office in Prague: CA Immo is to extensively renovate and remodel the iconic Danube House office building. The striking architecture of Danube House already characterises the vibrant Karlin district from afar. However, our tenants' demands on today's office buildings and spaces are changing. We take this into account through our active asset management and now also with this fundamental refurbishment, which puts people at the centre and focuses on new services, maximum tenant comfort and energy efficiency. The most eye-catching new feature will be the new balconies for tenants. Wow, we think this change makes the building even more of a real head-turner. Václav Jonáš, Managing Director at CA Immo in Czech Republic explains the idea underlying the refurbishment: „We recognize the growing demand for first class premium office spaces that promote work-life-balance and offer best-in-class design and comfort of tenants. That's why we aim to make Danube House the epitome of modern office environments within Riverside Karlín. This new building is designed to inspire new ideas, foster knowledge exchange, and support innovative working methods. Our Zollhafen Mainz quarter development is nearing completion. We have now successfully sold the "Hafenblick II" plot, one of the last residential plots in the mixed-use quarter, to SBT IMMOBILIEN Gruppe.   Daniel Schuler, Senior Investment Manager at CA Immo Germany: "Despite the current challenging market environment, the successful sale of the "Hafenblick II" plot and the profound demand from bidders once again underlines the attractiveness and resilience of our Zollhafen Mainz quarter development for local, regional and national developers. Previously, the ONE had received the DGNB Platinum certificate for its exemplary sustainability - a Gold or Platinum certification is an essential prerequisite to be considered for the Diamond Award.   We think this award is a well-deserved recognition of the exceptional performance of our architects from Meurer Architektur + Stadtplanung, our development team around Melanie Ploch and Christoph Jakoby and all planners and builders. Yesterday evening, the Vienna Stock Exchange Awards 2024 were presented in a festive atmosphere - including to CA Immo! Despite the current challenging market environment, especially for real estate, we were the only real estate company to take home a prize: Thanks to excellent capital market performance, we took 3rd place in the top class “ATX” prize in the ranking of the best ATX companies.    We are delighted and congratulate the many colleagues who have contributed to this success with their work!
