Who knows better what's trending and which places are popular in Düsseldorf than content creators with millions of followers? That's exactly why we invited 15 high-reach and opinion-shaping content creators from the Düsseldorf area to the Medienhafen this week. After a welcome drink with a skyline view on the 15th floor of the ALTO office building (where our in-house running track on the roof of the LARGO office attracted a lot of attention), a lunch from Bistro Essart followed, showcasing that our lunch offerings for our tenants are diverse and have little in common with traditional canteen meals. To wrap up the day, we headed to the Barista Bar, of course not without first presenting he benefits of our office and community spaces. Which office building has its own cinema 🎬 and two gyms🏋♀️ ?

The rental income recorded by IMMOFINANZ Group increased by 11.5% year-on-year to EUR 143.2 million. This is mainly supported by the acquisitions of retail properties in the fourth quarter of 2023 and an increase in like-for-like rental income of 6.4%. This increase to EUR 76.7 million from EUR 72.1 million in the first quarter of the previous year was primarily due to the indexing of rents and the positive development of turnover-based rents. IMMOFINANZ Group recorded successful operating development and generated sound growth in rental income and earnings in the first quarter of 2024. Rental income rose by 11.5% year-on-year to EUR 143.2 million. After an adjustment for new acquisitions, completions and sales, the like-for-like rental income recorded by IMMOFINANZ (excluding S IMMO) rose by a solid 6.4%. The results of asset management increased by 14.3% over the previous year to EUR 120.0 million and the results of operations improved by a strong 26.4% to EUR 104.3 million.
