Under the leadership of Port Captain Slavko Gogić and his team, Adriatic42 set an incredible accomplishment by servicing 26 vessels this season. Their ability to handle a diverse range of vessels, from grand sailing ships to world-class racing catamarans, speaks volumes about their expertise and versatility. Each project at Adriatic 42 involves over 30 dedicated professionals, ensuring that every vessel receives the highest level of care and attention. This collaborative effort not only boosts productivity but also enhances the quality of service provided. We are excited to see their continued success and growth. Adriatic 42's commitment to setting new benchmarks in the industry is truly inspiring.

Drydocks World is excited to announce the addition of chemical cleaning and descaling to our Global Offshore Services’ portfolio. These essential services play a crucial role in maintaining the operational health and longevity of equipment across different sectors. These services can be applied to pipelines, equipment, power plants, RO plants, marine facilities, and the oil and gas industry. In a recent project, we successfully descaled the tubes of a water desalination plant, removing salt precipitates that could hinder water flow. This process significantly enhanced the plant's productivity and ensured optimal performance levels. Our commitment to expanding our service offerings aims to provide our clients with innovative and reliable solutions, solidifying our leadership in the industry.

Our recent ‘Our Principles’ interdepartmental competition was a testament to how deeply these values are woven into the fabric of our teams. Congratulations to the mechanical department for their remarkable achievement of securing the top position once again this year, and to the quality department and global offshore services department for their stellar performance as first runners-up. On this World Oceans Day, we are proud to champion various sustainability initiatives through evidence-based solutions, collaborating across stakeholders to shape a brighter future for our oceans. Our commitment to marine preservation is at the forefront of our ship retrofit operations. Since 2018, our dedicated team has successfully carried out scrubber retrofits for more than 40 vessels. Moreover, we have effectively executed Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) projects for close to 300 vessels since the start of 2019. These measures have been pivotal in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and minimizing the ecological impact of shipping and maritime operations. Additionally, we are working on solutions for retrofitting small vessels with hybrid battery packages, a step towards reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy efficiency. As a leader in the ship repair, retrofit and maintenance industry, we're committed to driving sustainability and integrating innovative technologies. Our group Ocean Strategy focuses on reducing the operational impact on the environment, restoring ocean ecosystems using data-driven solutions, and collaborating with diverse partners to support a healthy ocean.
