The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been working with bluehost for over 4 years now. They continuously kick me out of their support chats and wont answer questions. I get constant website outtages and server errors and instead of living up to it (because they want everyone to think they never have server outtages) they lie and make up other issues. Then they say "oh I fixed it". When I ask them what they fixed so I can know if its a bigger problem or something that may continue they end the chat. Either they end the chat or tell me I need to upgrade. Their support staff is not their for support they are there to sell their horrible services.

After signing up initially all being well, the last few months have been a multitude of technical issues, technical glitches, lagging data and data freezing on the platform. Numerous times the company stated this issue is to do with Tradovate's platform and out of company hands. After experiencing the above which caused large drawdown in the account providing instances of the incidents occurring with clear examples the customer service took over 9 days to directly respond to these issues, they where stating everything had been fixed despite my screenshot showing otherwise. After a difficult period of almost 2 weeks back and forth with customer service they stated no one else reported issues so nothing we are going to do for you. I stopped trading my accounts even though not blown cancelled all subscriptions and went back to trading live with Tradovate directly. I can now report a full 5 business days not 1 lag, data freeze no candles going missing off screen whilst trying to trade. Which leads me to my final conclusion either Apex have not updated there servers to deal with the new influx of members or they are purposely continuing with a system they are aware is inefficient in which they can then blame as part of the risk of electronic trading when a member blows it due to these issues. They are so quick to take your money or respond when having payment issues if only they had this urgency when finding difficulty as mentioned above. Lastly im quite confident these new reviews are either paid or dont have enough experience with the company yet to see the issues as all the good reviews seem to highlight and praise all the problems people posting bad reviews are experiencing which I also have myself. Something is not right so if you wish to sign up and potentially never get paid after following rules and hitting withdrawal targets just to be told to phone your hands with a mobile phone whilst executing trades to prove its you as well as having a webcam recording your face and screen then go right ahead. If you dont want these potential problems go with another company with a better reputation and pay more it will be worth it in the long run. this is my 3rd review as I had 4 PA accounts with them is it a coincidence I have had not 1 issue since trading live with the same broker they use .... I think that would be very unlikely. After they offered members incentives to go and either leave a video or comment on their social media to be entered into a competition for a cash prize it all makes sense as this is around the same time they started acting like crooks so the motive to me is obvious and conveniently those same social media pages are now closed so no one can leave new or update the old comments to reflect all of this.

The only way this company can improve is to pay everyone the money they stole from them and completely close up the business and promise never to open again. The owner Boyd has quite a few of these scams going around. The pastor thing should have been a red flag from the start. There is going to be many many more of these negative reviews as time goes on. The positive reviews are no doubt his friends or employees that he is paying to write them. This course for 15,000 will add zero value to your life as a matter of fact it will add stress and aggravate the situation you are already experiencing. Avoid this at ALL COSTS. You will not get what he is promising. A six figure job in 6 months. Don’t fall for this like so many of us done. There is a class action suit pending against him with the Texas Attorney General’s office.
