Student discounts may be OK overall but as soon as I had a question they flipped me to JustAnswer.com who immediately billed me $1 for the question and a $55 monthly subscription was set up. Really???/ That's the best you can do in providing support???? Switch people to a site that charges you for answers immediately???/ Lame...weak...whatever else is synonomous with those words.....

We need to have an User Manual, at least in the biguining. For instance, to introduce the data, with básic information, about the ways to create each variable, Either numeric or nominal. In sumary basic information to tell us how to use the program easylly!

I had difficulty downloading SPSS Statistics and SPSS AMOS 29. I requested assistance via email and was immediately contacted by Les, who seamlessly took control of my computer remotely and walked me through the process as he expertly installed both programs, as well as JAVA.
