Their amazon custom product report is the biggest ripoff ever! DO NOT BUY IT! I asked for a low competition product and they gave me a product that has 12 pages on amazon of almost the exact product. Their are numerous sellers who sell none of this product. They claim it is only supposed to be an example which is a complete lie! BEWARE OF THESE LYING SCAMMERS!

We had to cancel our subscription as we're closing our account, unfortunately forgetting to do so before the renewal period. The support team went above and beyond, reaching out to the billing team on our behalf. We've been fortunate to receive a partial refund as a result. While it's not the full amount, we're deeply appreciative that JungleScout showed understanding and provided some consideration. It's already more than enough for us.
Should we decide to launch a new business in the future and require JungleScout's services again, we'll have no hesitation in returning to them.

I’m still brand new to being an Amazon seller. So naturally I have needed help setting up my Seller Central account as well as getting started finding products to sell. The customer service I have received when asking questions has been extremely prompt as well as very helpful. Not to mention very kind people that want to make sure you’re being helped. I also have gotten a lot from all of the information on finding products on the platform. I haven’t had my breakthrough yet, but I know I will because I know that Jungle Scout has my back!

I am just starting to build my Amazon sales platform, and I am currently in the product research phase. My first impressions of Jungle Scout are very good; it can significantly help in extracting information about the market and in planning. That's why I purchased a one-year subscription.
I must mention that Helium 10, as your competitor, provides somewhat more, or at least more interpretable, transparent, and easier-to-handle information for beginners like me. I am not a subscriber there; I only see the free data, and I confirm that I am still learning how to use Jungle Scout. But since most of us continuously gather data and browse constantly, this is what I experience with their free version. I did not prepare with specifics; ...this is the appearance.

I had a problem receiving information I needed and reached out to JS to take a look at it. JS responed within 8hrs letting me know they received my email gave me a few things to try and that would get back to me shorty. They got back to me by the next day saying they had fixed the problem and asked if everything was satisfactory. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Shout out to Quincy who advocated for a refund after the auto renewal feature caught me off guard. Although I didn't take advantage of the services, JungleScout appear to be constantly updating their tool to help customers gain an edge.
