Joel the Go Daddy G.O.A.T

What made my experience great was the customer service rep Joel. Joel knows product knowledge and he's patient, relatable, and most of all he provided helpful Go Daddy knowledge that I could take the time and read while I build my website. Super helpful. The Platinum standard of excellent customer service. If I could give him a trillion Stars I would.

One-stop awesomeness for business!

We use GoDaddy for our business website as well as commerce/payment processing. We get lots of complements on our website which we built in about an hour using a GoDaddy template. We also use their commerce payment processing and it is the BEST! Lowest fees, no per-transaction fee, and the Poynt terminal is so easy to use and dependable.

Payton was an excellent Customer…

Payton was an excellent Customer Service Representative! Very Patient, and he walked me through difficult and complex solutions to my concern. We didn't find a full 'fix' for my iPhone email server problem, but I now have the tools to check for client correspondence using webmail. Payton was kind enough to open a tech ticket to try and resolve my outgoing email server issue. GODaddy has done a good job hiring staff that understand the client's frustration and help them past the problem! Well Done! I will continue recommend GODaddy to family, friends, clients, and colleagues

Ace Customer Service

I have been a GoDaddy customer for about 5 years. No matter how small or large my issue seems to me I always get a customer service rep, that doesn't treat me like a dinosaur or make me feel stupid. Les was my rep and before we got started I was transparent to let him know I may be a challenge because I'm that customer that write letters to the company about rude reps, but not this time. He repeated anything I asked more than once, he was polite, answered all my questions and resolved my issue. I enjoy GoDaddy because they offer multiple services in one spot and truly care about their customers.

I called in to receive support for my outlook email account for my domain and they solved it immediately. This is important because my business requires me to have quick turn around times for responses to my clients. Thank you Tommy for your support and expertise. The GoDaddy customer service rep Ms Cherryl is Amazing . Provided me with alot of support and assisted me thru the process ,therfore building much confidence in myself and GoDaddy.
Building a business from scratch is intimidating when it comes to technology, however all went smooth because of the Godaddy support sevices. From the bottom of my heart! Thanks again Ms Cherryl & GoDaddy.

Extremely Dihonest 2

Hi Renata,
Your response based on the excuse of the time limit in your contract is False and dishonest again.
This would be only applicable if your company, have not had Breached the Contract repeatedly from the beginning , which by your numerous breaches, you have voided and nullified the contract many times over.
Therefore you can not use the contract site the terms of the contract that you have breached repeatedly by not providing the services that I paid you for.
Obviously you have acted as SCAMMERS.

We're not all computer whizzes

Omar apparently realized that we, the public, are not all computer whizzes; that we are "thrown for a loop" in trying to do things like set up a website; that we don't instinctively know which of 37 buttons we should click on, to get the results we want and need. So, he calmly walked us through those, then sent videos for us to complete the process.

Fabulous experience

Setting up a new account and had some questions. Called GoDaddy and within a couple minutes reached a REAL PERSON who spoke clearly and was easy to understand!
Rep was very wonderful to work with - answered questions, made helpful suggestions, walked me through the process. Best experience I have ever had with tech customer service.

Just one word Excellent

Just one word Excellent! I use Godaddy for minimum 5 years. I tried other hosting companies. But godaddy is perfect. I use Web Hosting Deluxe. But godaddy is a little bit expensive. But when i compare the service quality. it deserves its Money.

Chinique, was excellent she was knowledgable and took complete ownership of concern for my call today. She walked me through the back up process and ensure our website was working afterwards she also set up a repair ticket and added an other request To add a note box on the word press back end! I've been using GoDaddy for websites…

I've been using GoDaddy for websites building and hosting and found it has only been a good experience.
The website builder is easy to use but still has an abundance of options.
I'm a rookie so when I wasn't sure and needed help the support centre has been quick to pick up and brilliant at assisting.

Thank you GoDaddy!

had my website redone by a company called Silicon Website Experts (AKP), they are crooks. I have been working with GoDaddy now and they fixed all the issues caused by AKP. Email has been fixed, site has been restored with quality service by GoDaddy. I recommend GoDaddy for all your website needs. To be honest, the Wordpress support is great, and the Premium service is well worth it.

Bravo to the reps that have helped!!

Great to be able to speak to a like…

Great to be able to speak to a like agent right away. Was renewing my subscriptions and was wanting to upgrade my email to include office apps, asked the rep why go with GoDaddy for more than directly through Microsoft. It’s because of the immediate phone support with real people…..SOLD!

Mobile POS device

So far, everything thing has been great! The mobile POS device is much better that the others I have tried, I.e., Square and Clover..
However, last weekend while vending a huge music festival the customer screen with the TIP screen froze and I wasn’t able to get it working again! Ugh! I received a new one three days later. The customer service is usually spot on. I would still recommend this service to any business. I will absolutely continue with GoDaddy

Deceptive practices

I built a nice website on go daddy with the free trial. The free trail is a trap to get you to buy a more expensive plan. Because if you just bundle and buy before you create the website, and then build the website not on trial you can use the bundle deal. If you want to publish a website you built on the free trial, then it costs 180$ first year. But since I got the bundle, in the same account, it cost 80$ to transfer the free trial website to the paid services I just bought. I got a full refund and going with another website host and builder. Very deceptive practices.

A great customer service experience!

I spoke with Joseph about an email issue. He recognized the problem immediately and took steps to solve it. He explained what caused it and suggested methods to avoid the problem in the future. He explained everything clearly, and he was professional and friendly throughout the call.
