TOO BAD! bought a half year ago and it worked like "magic". Something happened with the BIOS and the W11 operating system and it became faulty. I have been trying to contact them for over a month without response. Should be an easy fix. Finally, when I bad mouthed them on Amazon, they sent me an email, but they have not attempted to help me and still do not respond except to ask for my order number, which I gave them. They said, don't go away we will be right back and have not done so. YOU WILL BE STUCK. This company is all marketing and show but no help. shlock.
