This place is great. The owner was able to see me the same day I called. Prices are very reasonable. The owner was able to fix my laptop fan and also found deep viruses in my computer that he removed. He answered ALL of my many questions, giving me a better understanding of what was going on with my computer. He kept me updated via text through the entire process. I highly recommend him and will be going to only him for my computer needs in the future.

I bought a refurbished monitor, after placing the order I have been charged but no tracking information or order confirmation has been sent. The website shows my order as "processing" and every time I try to ring up I have to leave a voicemail which never gets answered. If I use the live chat I am greeted by someone who says "i will tell our logistics team" and I hear nothing back every single time. I can understand shipping takes time but I would like some confirmation that the item I ordered is actually in stock and will be shipped with some tracking information.

You get disconnected all the time, because the state you are connected to, gets overloaded. Not recommended, not worth $200 a month. Reply, the connection stops working, even if it says you are connected to a server. When switching to other state, it will show the other server is on 100% capacity.

Had a conversation with Cam about 11900ks and he wasn't professional at all. I would not recommend getting services from them. They also don't actually host their own servers, just resell other companies equipment for profit.

Ordered a KS0 Pro two months ago and has yet to arrive. Claimed to be stuck in customs, no updates received from BitCo for weeks. Suspecting a scam, will update if order is recieved
