Customer had implemented Oracle E-Business Suite for around 10,000
employees and wanted to replace their existing system with a modern
Cloud application with a better User Interface and reporting capabilities
Workforce structures like Business Units and Divisions were not defined
efficiently in the system and was not correctly aligning to their business.
A significant number of customizations were done in the system versus
leveraging existing standard out of box functionality
Report development took lot of time and resources which cost too much
and were not readily available when needed.

centralized which resulted in redundant data processing in Payroll

regarding employee life cycle events and expiry of documents
