- This isn't just a feeling that employees possess but it is rooted in fact. There is a surging demand for digital solutions. In the next 5 years there will be 750M more apps created. That is more than all of the apps built in the last 40 years. Moreover, more than 85% of organizations struggle to analyze the data they garner from these applications, making it challenging for technical employees and knowledge workers to act on the potential insights. To top it all off, ½ the digital work currently being performed could be automated freeing employees to tackle more impactful organization wide challenges.
