The two pieces go together because the latter described how the industry would was going to fail while the former charts a path for its future. The fashion industry is at a critical moment. Its very existence hangs in the balance. Yes, it's dramatic, but it's also true - look at the financial results for the industry outside Zara and Shein. Fashion is a bad, outdated business model that is destroying the planet. To fix it, everything has to change. We have an answer that it took the last 6 years to build. It's called ONE.
