The Outlet Centre Performance Report Europe (OCPRE) by #ecostra and #magdus has now even made it into one of the leading lifestyle magazines. While the OCPRE has so far mainly been relevant as a basis of information for brand manufacturers in their outlet-expansion, for investors in evaluating possible investment opportunities and for outlet operators as a benchmark, this report is now obviously also gaining importance for the consumer marketing of the centres. This is what the lifestyle magazine "GQ" emphasises in one of its latest issues: "Tip 4: Consult rankings Official rankings give you a good overview of which outlets are really worth a visit: The better an outlet does in current rankings (for example in the 'Outlet Centre Performance Report Europe' or in 'Deutschland Test'), the more likely it is to have high-quality merchandise and a worthwhile shopping experience." By the way: If you are a brand manufacturer and you do operate more than 3 shops in European outlet centres, you can take part in the tenant survey for the current OCPRE.
